We are looking for an Affiliate Team Leader  who is passionate about business development while building  long-term relationships with some of the most well-known Affiliates of the industry.

You will be responsible for driving the systems behind our marketing activities and monetizing all the company's affiliates and publishers.
The Marketing leadership fosters a great learning environment, providing the opportunity to learn and grow by working closely with experts from a diverse variety of backgrounds.

This is a hands-on and management position.

About The Role - What You'll Do:

• Aggressively build, grow and own the affiliate and publisher partnerships program.

• Actively cultivate relationships with key publishers and develop a deep understanding of their business objectives.

• Proactively manage relationships, oversee performance standards, and drive preventive or corrective action where needed.

• Lead operations of comprehensive reporting analysis to evaluate the performance of initiatives across partnerships and regularly present results.

• Represent the company at events/tradeshows and grow a strong network of contacts.
   

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in publisher/affiliate management

• Excellent storyteller with practical communication skills

• Experience in eCommerce or the AdTech industry

• Ability to identify new opportunities in any interaction

• Enhanced analytical skills

• Fluent English is required, other languages are a plus.

• Experience with tracking platforms such as Affise is a great plus!
